1st course: Albarino paired with teh Ahi Poke

2nd course: Cab. Sauv. paired with the Lollipop Lamb Chop

3rd course: The Big Easy paired with the Filet Mignon Bruschette

4th course: The Velvet Rope paired with a Chocolate Roulade with Chantilly Cream (YUMMY)
