Wine Vault & Bistro is pleased to announce a new winemaker dinner featuring the micro production (the production numbers for the wines we're serving are anywhere from 50 to 175 cases!) wines of Silver Horse Winery in Paso Robles. Silver Horse specializes in Bordeaux and Spanish varietals, and we are pleased to have winemaker/owner Steve Kroener here in person to host this special dinner. As usual, we're serving a spectacular 6-course dinner paired with six of their wines. Hope to see you here! Here's the line-up:
